BC Freestyle is taking requests for 2010-11 coaching courses.
Clubs and Ski Areas are asked to submit their requests for coach training to info@bcfreestyle.com. Please include the date, the type of training (Club Coach LI on snow), and location where the training is requested to happen.
Additional Costs
CFSA Membship and Licence
All participant attending Freestyle Ski Coaching Courses must be members in good standing with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association. A minimum of a CFSA General Member Licence is required ($36.75). Active coaches require at full Coach Licence (Approximate cost in BC is $75). For more information about CFSA licence and registration go here or call 1-877-714-2232.
BC Freestyle will make its best effort to reduce costs to the coach candidates. However coach course candidates are responsible for their own lift tickets, food, traval, etc.
Out of Province Coaches
BC Freestyle welcomes out of province coaches to participate in BC Freestye coaching courses. There are resident subsidies that BC coaches are eligble for. Coaches who don't have residence in BC will be subject to regular course rates.
