Arrival times for athletes NOT taking the games transportation

For athletes and coaches that are driving you will need to arrive in Vernon and go to the accreditation center by the following times:
Zone 1 - 7:30 am Mike Richards to meet team.
Zone 2 - 8:30 am Steve Lewandowski and Morgan Hunter to meet team
Zone 3/4 - 9:30 am Danika Mazur to meet teams
Zone 5 - 10:00 am Sarah Hogg, Danika Mazur and John Smart to meet team and join up with Zone 3/4.
Zone 6 - arriving at 2:00 am on Thursday, Feb. 23 and going through accreditation centre at approximately 7:15 am. All athletes are booked to arrive with Jamie Tanner and Jill Heard.
Zone 7 - All athletes are on JZ 7004 which departs Terrace at 11:30 pm on Wed, Feb. 22 arriving in Vernon (Kelowna Airport) at 1:50 am. They will go through accreditation centre at approximately 7:00

Coaches and athletes will need to be dropped off as there may be limited parking at the accreditation center after they check in. Coaches and athletes from out of town must stay in games accomodations and utilize games transportation.
Games Coaches and athletes NOT tavellng with games transortation can be picked up after 2:30 pm on Sunday, Feb. 26. The Closing Ceremony goes from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Please confirm this with your coaches. The opening and Closing Ceremonies are located at the Multi Plex in Vernon.
